• Medical - signed within the past 12 months. Able to self certify when answering No to all conditions or where a doctor has previously signed off any condition and there has been no change in status. Require doctor signature if stating Yes for anything not previously signed off by a doctor.

• Liability release - New form required for 2024

• Insurance - £2m public liability

1)    Email your medical, liability release and insurance certificate to

2)   Pay your membership fee using the PayPal buttons below.
       £30 renewal for current 2023 members, £60 new members
3)    Ensure your monthly pool fee direct debit is set up:
         £22 Fridays only, £32 Monday and Friday sessions
